We believe that when people know God is FOR them, it changes everything—how they see themselves, their relationships, and even their future. That’s why we want to be a church that’s FOR our community—showing people that God is FOR them, and so are we.

Wide enough that anyone, no matter their background, can feel welcomed and hear clear, relevant, practical teaching. Deep enough to challenge followers of Jesus to believe and behave more like Him.

One of our goals is to provide a place for belonging. But belonging isn’t just about finding community—it’s about creating it. The fastest way to move from attending to truly belonging is to serve others. When you serve, you’re not just helping the church; you’re growing your faith. That’s why we encourage people to join a team.  Serving on the Dream Team helps people connect with others while making a difference.

We aim to help friends become family by building meaningful relationships. We believe the one of the best ways to connect relationally and grow spiritually is by being involved in a Group. Groups offer unique opportunities to:

• Build relationships with others who are on the same journey. 
• Develop personal spiritual habits like prayer, Bible reading, and generosity.
• Find support for life’s ups and downs. 

At RCC, we don’t just offer Small Groups—we believe that life in circles is as important as life in rows.
